I can't
login. It says I have had too many failed login
attempts
Exceeding the maximum number of failed login
attempts the message "Your account has been
suspended due to too many failed logins". Please
contact customer support to have your
account status changed.
I can't play from my location.
Members signing up from the following states
will not have access to the poker rooms:
Maryland, Washington, Missouri, Louisiana, New
York, Washington DC and Kentucky. These members
will still be allowed to play in the casino and
sportsbook.

How do I change my nickname?
Due to company policy at this time, once an
account is created it cannot be changed. Please
contact support if you think you have a valid
reason for changing nicknames.
How do I see how much Real Money and Play
Money funds I have in my Poker account?
To see these funds simply go to the
'Balances' section from the 'Cashier' tab in the
poker software . Your real money & play money
wallets will both be displayed.
How do I view my Hand History?
To view your Hand History during a game click
on the "history" button, located below the
